Collaboration = Harmonize

1. Work together for group understanding
2. Balance of instrumentation or color
3. Combine group effort to acheive single action (Performance, Mural, Theater)

Creativity = Improvise

1. Within the framework of fundamental concepts and group dynamics, add your own personal touch.
2. Demonstration of fundamental skills through sequence patterns, modification, and inferences to previous knowledge.
3. Ability to create multiple examples of the fundamental skills while the rhetoric is constantly evolving.

Communication = Socialize

1. Find your audience.
2. Share your work with others.
3. Playing in a practice room or garage is no fun.
4. Great ideas need to be shared so that this can become a perpetuating model for learning.
