My name is Dr. Steven E. Chetcuti. I have been a music teacher and instructional technology ethusiast for the last 42 years. I have been a band director, assistant musical director, marching band director, music department coordinator, instructional technology coach, application trainer, and loved every minute!

One thing that I have learned during my  journey as an educator, and life-long learner, is that everything I needed to know as an educator and instructional leader I learned through the Arts. My Performance Driven Instruction(PDI) protocol transforms the 4 Cs (Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Communication, and Creativity)  into a reflective, multi-sensory student-centered learning that focuses on Performance Quality Indicators(PQI) to demonstrate proficiency and most important, understanding.
