SEEDS stands for Supporting Early Education Delivery Systems
SEEDS is a project under the guidance of Sacramento County Office of Education, funded by California Department of Education (CDE) and Special Education Division (SED).
Their mission is to create tools and programs to increase family engagement and professional development in special education.
What does Seeds of Partnership provide?
Resources such as websites, PDFs, and videos related to parent/family involvement.
Downloadable materials, videos, slideshows, and websites for professional development, such as the Preschool Planning Tool.

Warmline FRC Special Education Resources and Workshops
Free publications, handouts, and workshops to help families prepare for transitions (from early intervention services to school, from school to adulthood) and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
Warmline also publishes a Special Education newsletter to which families may subscribe.
