A resource site with free articles, handouts in multiple languages, videos, and online training to help parents and providers enhance the social-emotional development of infants and toddlers with disabilities.
Early Start services are accessed through public or private insurance, regional centers such as Alta California Regional Center, or local education agencies.
Videos, flyers, and online training materials provided for parents and providers are free.

Courses on infant and toddler development that include topics such as parenting, budgeting, health, nutrition, stress management and school readiness.

Parent Resource Center with educational books and local community resources.
Parents who attend courses can earn credits for infant and toddler supplies, such as diapers and clothing.
Is it free?
Yes, for eligible parents and guardians of children 0-5 years and expectant parents in the greater Sacramento area. An orientation is required prior to participation.
