What courses do you offer?

Lots of love and effort goes into curating this comprehensive and fun at-home yoga teacher training experience. I love creating these programs for you! Currently, I have completed the 100-hour curriculum for Yin Yoga, but I am working on developing a 200-Hour Vinyasa program. I hope to release it sometime this year (2019). What is Yin Yoga?

Yin yoga is a gentle practice. You hold poses for 3 to 10 minutes at a time, getting deep into your connective tissue and fascia for ultimate release and healing.

Yin yoga improves flexibility, focus, and inner calm. Yin yoga is perfect for runners, bikers, swimmers, gym rats, Yang yogis, or anyone else with a regular workout routine. It's also just nice after a long, stressful day!

Who is this program for?

No experience is required. This program is for you if:

• You are self-motivated, self-directed, and love learning for the sake of learning
• You currently teach another style of yoga but would like to teach Yin
• You are already a certified yoga teacher who wants to further your yoga education without spending thousands of dollars for a "registered" program
• You want to do a yoga teacher training for personal development
• You are new to yoga and want to know what it's all about
• You want to teach yoga, but your studio does not require an "official" yoga teaching credential from Yoga Alliance
• You want to learn more about Yin yoga and its benefits

How long does it take?

This program is completely self-paced. It takes 100 hours. Here are 3 sample timelines:

• Daily Study: 10 hours per week | 10 weeks
• Weekends: 20 hours per week | 5 weeks
• Full-Time Intensive: 40 hours per week | 2.5 weeks

Is this program Yoga Alliance certified?

No.

There is NO LAW that states you have to be a "registered" or "certified" yoga teacher in order to teach or practice yoga. This program gives you the tools you need to safely and knowledgeably guide students.

Yoga Alliance (YA) is a self-governing, self-appointed nonprofit whose stated mission is "to promote and support the integrity and diversity of the teaching of yoga," however, there is no oversight and YA makes it painfully easy for anyone to be a "registered school." For this reason, a YA credential is neither necessary nor inherently valuable.

Wait, is it really free?

Yes, there is seriously no catch!

Why pay hundreds or even thousands of dollars to learn something that doesn't need to be that complicated or expensive to learn? The reason this program is free is because I made it out of my love for yoga! It's that simple. I wanted this to exist, so I created it. I hope you love it!

You are only responsible for purchasing all the required props and books (unless you borrow them!). The optional Certificate of Completion is an additional $49. Otherwise, this program is 100% tuition-free. You don't even need to hand over your email address!

Will I get an official Yin Yoga Teacher Certificate?

Yes! The Certificate of Completion is optional, but is a fun way to commemorate your experience, show employers what you accomplished, and support this tuition-free program! Get your Certificate of Completion here.
