The QUANTINO is a solid car, but there's only one thing. It has the ONLY negative speed multiplier out of all the D-Class cars. It's not too bad, as it only shows 95.8% of its displayed speed. Its a token car, worth 975 of them. Its a very nice car; I'd save up for it, despite it having a negative speed multiplier.
