The Ferrari FXX Evoluzione is a car that excels at most performance aspects except nitro. It has a very high top speed stat for its class and is one of the most sensitive cars handling-wise; it can drift through corners very easily due to its very sharp drifting radius. The Evoluzione, sadly, has a low nitro stat coupled with low nitro efficiency rated at 10/15/20. Despite the low nitro efficiency, it is a very great car.
