The 4C is a great car. It was winnable previously with an R&D, but now it is being offered with blueprints. You'll need 6 Rare blueprints to assemble the car. Its a solid handler, accelerator, and it has a very high top speed. Nitro efficiency is the best part of this car, as it achieved a 5/9/14 nitro efficiency.
