Day 1

9:00 p.m, May 4, 2026 

For our first day of senior project we completed some errands to prepare for our project and began to start getting some photos. The first thing we did was go get some mics for interviewing. Adam had some DJI Mic Minis in storage, so we acquired those and began setting them up for use later on. After, we parked in Beacon Hill and took ourselves and our cameras to Boston Common and the Boston Public Garden to get adjusted to our equipment. It was a beautiful day so the park was full and lively. We took a good amount of shots and short videos. After lots of time in the parks, we took off for Best Buy to get SD cards so we have more storage. In between our stops, we discussed interview questions and the vision for our documentary. We are aiming to get as many perspectives from various Bostonians about what makes Boston special to them and how their occupations and/or lifestyles impact the city. After our work in the city, we went back to Adam's house to upload and inspect our photos on our labtops. Below are some photos I took today, including the banner photo.
