This PDE resource provides documents for school districts that are used regularly. These documents include forms for the following areas:
English Learner Specific (Meetings, placement, exit, etc.)
General Education (field trips, attendance info, registration, etc)
Health (school nurse documents, general health requirements)
Special Education (all special education documents as required by law)
Google Translate can be used to translate documents, speech, short phrases and words, etc.
It is important to remember that simply translating a document does NOT meet the criteria for providing translations required under Title III.
When typing for translation, be sure to use simple short sentences. They translate better
This is supposed to be more accurate than Google Translate. However, if you use this more than 3x a month, there is a monthly subscription fee.
Suggestion:
If you have documents you know will be needed in the future, use Deeple 3x a month and keep in a file for next year.
You are able to turn any document into a "word" document. By turning a PDF into a word document, you are able to put the document into Google Translate, translate it to the language needed, save the document, and then share it with the students via Google Classroom.
This website will also enable you to edit documents, in order to remove questions on tests and assignments.
