Teachers may reproduce them, in whole or in part, in limited quantities, for face-to-face teaching purposes but may not mass distribute the materials, electronically or otherwise. AP Exam materials and any copies made of them may not be resold, and the copyright notices must be retained as they appear on the original copy. This permission does not apply to any third-party copyrights contained within the materials.”

“"...in limited quantities..." :“There is no magic number, but there is a basic philosophy implied: It's fine to make a handful of copies to share with your fellow colleagues who will be using them with good intent (i.e., in their own classroom). You can even send them via email, if that's more convenient. However, you may NOT, for example, make 50 copies for general distribution at a teachers conference where some AP teachers may just happen to be in attendance or send the materials to an entire online discussion group.” “Posting AP Exam materials on your Web site qualifies as mass distribution and as copyright infringement.”
