These are interactive activities that can be completed whole class or individually. The platform was designed specifically for math and to be intuitive. Students have access to tables, graphs, equation type, and free hand sketching.

Desmos Activities by Course

Using Demos Activities is a strong way to support student thinking as well as include inquiry. Teachers can monitor (and even give feedback) as students work through the activity in real time. Teachers can pause or pace the activity if working on it synchronously and easily lead a discussion using Desmos snapshots of student work. The tools Desmos provides are specifically tailored to math, making this user-friendly for both teachers and students to engage with and explore concepts.
