Investigate the following...

1. Watch this blanket octopus unfurl her colorful skin. It looks like she grows butterfly wings!

2. I love these Inception-esque, rotated-90º scenes. Here’s a closeup of the Manhattan map. You get both a close-up street view plus a wide view in the same image.

3. Two people on exactly opposite sides of the planet made an “Earth sandwich.” Is there land on the other side of the world from you? These points are called antipodes and it’s pretty amazing how rare they are!

4. I could watch these pasta machines all day long!

5. StopMotion studio Laika shows off some of the techniques they used in their latest movie, Missing Link. The cross-disciplinary work is amazing. Definitely check out the elephant shot around 1:40.
