Operating Guides provide step-by-step guidance on how to navigate the online system.

Expert Users have been identified within Faculties and Departments.
FAQ's have been developed and are regularly reviewed and updated.
System support is available via the 'Support' tab in the online system or by Contact Service Desk webform.
Other PDR queries that cannot be answered using the above methods or in discussion with your Line Manager/Reviewer should be directed to HR PeopleHub.
Departmental arrangements: Your Head of Department or Line Manager should inform you of the review structure, timescales and process that will be undertaken in your Faculty/Department.
Reporting from the PDR system
Line Managers have the ability to run reports from the PDR System.
Usage reports provide an overview of the status of all PDRs within your department
Review Answers Report provides the ability to run reports on specific fields within the form. For example , reports can be generated on development requests or objectives set.

This course is suitable for any Reviewers responsible for conducting Performance and Development Reviews (PDRs) who are either new to the University or new to carrying out PDRs.
