The Reviewee should complete all relevant sections of the form, you can save and come back to your form at any time by clicking ‘Save and Close’.
All mandatory fields are highlighted and marked with an asterisk (*). You can still share your form with your Reviewer if you haven’t completed all of the mandatory fields but you will not be able to finalise until all mandatory fields are completed.
When you have completed your parts of the form click on ‘Share’ to share the content with your Reviewer (At least 10 days before PDR meeting).
Have your PDR Meeting.
At the meeting you and your Reviewer should discuss and review progress against your previous objectives and agree your objectives and development plans for the coming year. These will need to be updated on the form to reflect any changes following the discussion. To share the amendments, click ‘Share’.
Once the form has been shared and there are no longer any further amendments you and your Reviewer will need to finalise the form using the blue ‘Finalisation’ box above the Review Form itself. (NB If you have added a Commenter ensure they have accepted before attempting to finalise or they will be removed from the process.)
You will receive a request to approve finalisation. Select ‘Approve’ to accept completion or ‘Decline’ if you wish to add any further amendments.
If you have a commenter the form will change to the status ‘with commenter’. After they have added their comment the form will be completed and the comment will be visible to you.
Once completed the form is locked and cannot be edited.
