The 'Add attachment' and 'View & Manage Attachments' buttons allow you to add additional documentary evidence to your Review. You will need to have your Review form open in order to add evidence.
To add a new attachment, click on the 'Add Attachment' button, which will open a 'Add Attachment ' screen.
You must enter a meaningful File name (which doesn't have to match the actual name of the file to be uploaded), and use the 'Choose file' option to navigate and select the file to be uploaded. Once you have selected the required file, selecting 'Upload' will attach the document to your Review.
You will need to close the Add Attachment screen and select 'Save and Close' to save the changes to your Review.
Selecting 'View & Manage attachments' will open the 'View & Manage Attachments' page. This allows you to download or delete existing attached documents.
