The 'Evidence from Pure' page allows you to refer to and provide evidence of relevant activities held in Pure from the categories of:
Activities
Outputs
Prizes
Applications
Please select items from the last two years only, and it is recommended that you select no more than five items from each category. When you click 'Add', information held in Pure will be displayed. You will need to individually select the relevant items you wish to add to your review form and click 'Save'. Once saved, the selected items will appear in the summary table on your Review. The summary information displayed in your form is a copy of what is stored in Pure. If the content is changed in the Pure system and you need the updates to appear in your Review, click the checkbox next to the item(s) you want to update and click the ‘Refresh’ button.
To delete one or more items from the summary table, tick the checkbox to the left and click the ‘Remove’ button. Ticking the checkbox at the top of the column will select all items.
Reviewers will be able to see the items you have added and see the information in each ‘View more’ popup window. Reviewers aren’t able to see the full list of items available for selection through the ‘Add+’ button, or add, delete or refresh items on your summary lists.
