Instructions:

First Take the paper and fold it until it is thick enough that the scissors can still cut through it and that it is still square. Then cut designs in it but make sure you only cut out half of the design on one side of the folded paper. On the right are some examples of the craft. Enjoy decorating with this fun and creative craft!
