Fieldwork Performance Evaluation

When supervising a student, you will receive a link via email to complete the Fieldwork Performance Evaluation (FWPE).  The FWPE is used for both mid-term and final evaluation.

The FWPE was recently updated by AOTA. Here you can find resources to help you navigate the new tool, now entirely online.
