Friday Night

The Call to Prayer:   May the Lord God Almighty grant me and those I love a peaceful night and a perfect end. 

Observe Silence:   Pause to observe a moment of silence.  Reflect on the day and celebrate God's reign of Love.   Pray for family and loved ones.  Thank God for his many gifts.  

The Request for Presence:    My help is in the Name of the Lord; the maker of heaven and earth.  

The Daily Confession:    Almighty God, my heavenly Father, I have sinned against you, through my own fault, in thought, and word and deed, in what I have done and left undone.  For the sake of your son our Lord Jesus Christ, forgive me all my offenses; and grant that I may serve you in newness of life, to glory of your name.  Amen.

The Lord's Prayer:  Our Father in heaven, let your holiness be revealed, let your kingdom come, let your will be done, on earth as it is heaven.  Give us this today, our daily bread.  Erase our debts and we erase the debts of others.  Keep us from temptation and rescue us from evil.  For Kingdom power and glory, belong to you forever and ever. Amen!     

The Final Word before getting rest:  Keep watch dear Lord, with those who work, or watch or weep this night, and give your angels charge over those who sleep.   Tend to the sick Lord Christ; give rest to the weary, bless the dying, soothe the suffering, pity the afflicted, shield the joyous.  ALL FOR YOUR LOVE'S SAKE, AMEN!
