We are so grateful for all of the planning and preparation you are doing so that you are ready to support your students remotely. With that said, we are aware that many learning organizations are providing free access to their digital educational tools. It is prudent at this time for us to provide some reminders of the federal and state privacy regulations that we must continue to be mindful of in order to be compliant.

PUSD already has data privacy agreements in place for all digital integrations that are Board approved. This is important to ensure all staff and students are protected and compliant.
