PUSD Lesson Study .mp4

John Hattie’s research tells us that collective teacher efficacy has the highest effect size on student achievement. When educators come together consistently, share best practices, break down data, and put a plan together to impact student success it’s a good thing (HATTIE, J. 2017). Our four integration specialists design, deliver and sustain high quality, hands-on professional development that aims to increase staff efficacy and proficiency in being able to align best practices in Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Response to Instruction and Intervention (RtI²), and Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) with an emphasis on culturally relevant pedagogy and the development of cultural competency.
