TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

Students with a financial need may contact Solana Olsen (solsen@pleasantonusd.net) to request a fee waiver BEFORE requesting a transcript order.


For Seniors Applying to Colleges, Keep in Mind the Following:

  • The FHS School Profile is sent with all transcript requests through Parchment.

  • Follow these instructions to link your Common App Account to Parchment.

  • Please do not use 'Hold for Grades' if you need an initial transcript to be sent out.

  • For any colleges that do not automatically pop up when searching, you can still request through Parchment to have it printed and mailed. You will need to provide the Undergraduate Admissions Office address.

  • UCs & CSUs do not need an initial transcript at this time unless they have specifically reached out for one. They will only need a final transcript if you commit to their school.

  • UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS are FREE and helpful for inputting courses on college applications: See below!

TRANSCRIPT FEES

For CURRENT STUDENTS:

Electronic transcript requests are $4.15 each.

Printed or mailed transcript requests are $6.65 each.

Students with a financial need may contact Solana Olsen (solsen@pleasantonusd.net) to request a fee waiver BEFORE requesting a transcript order.

For GRADUATES:

Electronic transcripts can be obtained for $7.50 each.

Printed or mailed transcript requests are $10 each.

PLEASE NOTE:

Be aware that mailings can take a couple days to prepare so advance notice is appreciated to meet any deadlines.

UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

Self Views of transcripts through Parchment are FREE. However, self-views do not automatically update.


Self-view of transcripts on Q Connection are also FREE.

  2. Click on Documents

  3. Click on Transcript
