Dear new PLC Sydney Parents/Carers and current Year 6 Parents/Carers,
As the time is fast approaching when your daughter will start at her new school, we are seeking some further information so we have a full understanding of all your daughter's needs.
This site also contains other important information that you might find useful before starting school at PLC Sydney.
As the information required differs slightly depending on the year your daughter will enter, please click on the appropriate 'red' button above to commence the process.

NB: You can come back to this site as often as you want to fill out the required forms. We would ask however, that you complete all the additional information by COB on Friday 29 October 2021.
