CLUBS
The Classics Book Club is a friendly and inclusive space for readers and booklovers, focused on enjoying treasured stories from around the world. We meet weekly to share our reading journeys, consider what makes a book a classic (or not) and discuss the themes found in these timeless novels. Each term will focus on a different writer, period or location.. We'll also critically analyse film adaptations and debate the merits of different productions. Join us to meet fellow readers and discover the enduring power of classic literature. Enthusiastic readers are welcome to join both the Classics and Macindoe Book Club, as they are held on different days and will consider different books.
