Registration Questions

While creating or editing a program, you will see a "Registration Questions" section. Use this to add additional custom question(s) to a program.

These questions will pop up after the individual submits their registration request.

There are 3 quick questions you can add, use the checkbox to activate:
-Jersey/Shirt Size: This is a drop-down where the size for the participant is selected
-Allergies: This is a fillable field (required), if not applicable the participant should write "none" or "n/a"
-Epi-Pen: This is a 

You can add up to 5 additional custom questions with fillable fields. To use, check off "question 1" and type in the question. The participant will receive a text box to fill out with the requested information and these answers will be pulled into your participant export.
