To Manage Participants, go to "Members Admin" for the program. Here you can use the "registration" drop down to change someone's status, switch them to another program, remove them, or go to their transactions.
If a membership is in a pending state, you can confirm, waitlist, or remove someone from the list.
Once confirmed, you will gain the ability to mark them "Paid" (which records a payment for the day after their registration) or "Paid Today" (which records a full payment with today's date.
Once marked "Paid", you have the opportunity to "Quit" them from the program (and then proceed with refund if applicable via transactions), or switch them to another program if they got into the wrong on, or go right to their transactions with your organization.
When folks pay online, their payment is automatically tracked on PlayFinder. If an individual uses an off-platform non integrated payment method like cheque or E-transfer, manual tracking of the payment is necessary and full instructions can be found here.
