Click the "Scheduling" tab from the menu part and choose "Manage Facilities". This will display all the facilities you as the manager are responsible for.
1) Click "Manage Facilities" to view all the facilities you manage and make changes.
2) To view your manager schedule with all bookable spaces you are responsible for. These are listed at the top of the page with checkboxes so you can view only specific spaces at once on the calendar.
3) To view and manage online facility booking requests. When the public makes requests the manager will receive an email to prompt logging in and approving or denying that request.
