Online safety

We all have social media or know someone who does. We all have said something unkind or not appropriate, I know I have. How can we be safe online and avoid saying these things?

IF you have any adding or messaging apps only add people you know including roblox,fornite,etc. Add people you know only to you even if your friend from school knows them they aren't always right.

Think then post, think about your actions and if it's appropriate to send or say. This will always come back to avoid leaking personal information, sharing passwords, threats, etc because you could be putting your safety and many others at risk. 

Social media is a dangerous place. Be aware, think before you speak/ text and refer back to online safety.   I know we all can work together to make social media safe for all of us no matter what one step at a time. So yes you may not have social media now but help your friend because we all have said that rude comment online at least once and yes it does travel back to school.
