What's life really like in Central America? The tropical place with Wonderful history, culture,foods and traditions .Lets see through the eyes of a Central American, lets see how Central Americans celebrate holidays .
Foods in Central America
We start in Guatemala where there are a lot of special cuisines like tostadases which are made by getting a crispy corn tortilla and put refried, and then put beans, cheese and other toppings of your liking . Now we will go to El Salvdor where we will find a food that is similar to the tostadases but it is a bit different and its Pupusas : a tortilla that is stuffed with cheese, or beans with meat and veggies or a mixture of both. Now we move to Nicaragua where a famous food there is gallo pinto or spotted chicken which is composed of fried rice mixed with black beans and other spices . Finally to end this paragraph we go to Costa Rica where the food there is Olla de crane which is a salad with carrots, golden potatoes etc .
Beautiful places in Central America
First again is Guatemala where we can see the Tikal temple I, a fascinating
archaeological sites and the largest ancient city .This city is from the Mayans
It was made in 700 B.C and was discovered in 1948 . Now we move on to El salvador
Where you can soak up the sun at Playa El Tunco, one of the nicest beach in El Salvador
And a great surfing spot . And the town is very close plus it has cool restaurants and hotels .
Now we go to Nicaragua where the city of Granada which is known for its finest architecture
And there's many places to explore . Like going to swim in Laguna de Apoyo the lagoon was formed about 21,000 years ago as a result of the Volcano Pre support . And to end this paragraph again we have Costa Rica where you can find little amazons but that's not the focus, the real focus is Manuel Antonio National Park. There are a lot of activities you can do like going to the many beaches, hiking trails, exploring the tropical forests , looking at the diversity of wildlife and settling on some of the rock islands for a picnic .
Culture in Central America
First is El Salvador. [Yes, I mixed it up to be fun ] the Salvadoran culture is a mix of Native American and Latin American influences. Most people that live in El Salvador are Mestizo which means they have Native American and European
