This is Coach West's first year as the Pittsfield High School Girls Vasity Head Coach. She has been an Assistant in the program over the past few seasons. 

A soccer player all of her life, Coach graduated from Wahconah High School where she received All League her Junior and Senior Years. After graduation Molly played 4 years at Siena College where she was named Siena's Athletic Female Rookie of the Year, and Senior Captain. 

Molly is most excited about building on the culture and traditions that have existed for years in the PHS Lady Generals Nation program, while creating an experience in which every student-athlete realizes their potential, strengths and contributions
