If you are going to miss or arrive late to a rehearsal or performance due to extenuating circumstances, you MUST TEXT the Hotline IMMEDIATELY
Please note: the absence protocol should only be utilized in the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance. Attendance to all rehearsals and assigned performance dates is mandatory and is vital to the success of the performances.
Text the Hotline to report a late arrival or absence at the PBT Studios or Benedum Center: 412-758-8394
Your text should include: Your dancers first and last name, their role, and their cast.
Example: Ms. Elise, soldier in cast A will be 5 minutes late to rehearsal on October 5.
If you will be late, please include an estimated time of arrival.
We appreciate your cooperation following our absence protocol.
Each student's role is an instrumental part of making PBT's The Nutcracker production go on.
It is crucial for us to have as much information in advance and as early possible to ensure the success of the performance.
