The Benedum Center Stage Door is located on Liberty Avenue between Tito Way (alley) and 7th St across the street from the Wood St. Bus Station.

Drop-Off Protocol

To enter the Benedum, students will need to push the button to the right of the doors to get buzzed in. Once the door "buzzes", use the left hand door to enter.
Students will then walk through the metal detector, and tell the Benedum Security Staff their name.
After going through the Security Line, students will get checked in by PBT School Staff, and will be taken to their dressing room to begin preparing for the performance
Students SHOULD NOT be dropped off at the Main Benedum Entrance -- they will not be allowed into the theatre there.

Pick-Up Protocol

At the end of the performance, students will exit the Benedum from the Stage Door. An adult MUST pick up your dancer at the Stage Door.
Students are NOT permitted to leave the Benedum until the Check-Out Volunteer has verified that you are present to pick up your dancer.
Students are NOT permitted to walk to you in your car in the street, alley, or any garage.
Students are NOT permitted to wait outside the Benedum Stage Door. Students MUST wait inside until their parent/guardian is there in person to pick them up.
If your student is leaving with another family, a text MUST be sent to the Hotline.
- PLEASE NOTE: Liberty Avenue is typically very busy at the end of performances, and it is likely there will be a significant amount of foot and vehicle traffic.

If your dancer is in Act 1 only, pick-up will be approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes after the start of the performance.

If your dancer is in Act 2, pick-up will be approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes after the start of the performance.
