Test and Adapt Solutions

Learning cycles are an intuitive way for teams to begin implementing a solution at a local level and then iterate upon and scale it as they learn about how it works, for whom, and under what conditions. Teams begin by starting small, and planning a relatively limited test (say, with 2-3 classrooms) over a reasonable period of time (say, 30-60 days). They then implement their innovation, collect practical data regarding process and outcomes, and reflect on what they have learned.

The tools below focus on helping teams to accomplish this cyclical way of working - including templates to guide their work in structuring tests, identifying key questions, reflecting on data, and making decisions about whether and how they might refine innovations over time.
