How do we achieve educational improvement at scale? By mobilizing knowledge about promising practices throughout our school system. In short, by building an improvement learning ecosystem. This site supports the growth of that ecosystem. It is a repository of resources for continuous improvement. 

The site is organized into four sections that correspond to Pitt County Schools Model for Improvement. In each section, you will find resources to help your team grow its inquiry mindset and apply tools of improvement to problems of practice you are working to solve.
