Dear Parents/Guardians,
On Thursday, December 4, 2025, 6th- and 7th-grade students will travel to Charlotte Motor Speedway. Parent chaperones are needed to make this trip possible and will be responsible for small groups. If you are interested and able to attend, you must be an approved volunteer through the school. This process requires a background check ($10.00 fee) and must be completed through the front office. If you are uncertain if yours is still effective, please contact Mrs. Butler at abutler@pinnacleclassicalacademy.com.
The following details should be reviewed prior to committing to attend.
Date of trip: Thursday, December 4
Time: 7:30 AM -- 2:30 PM
Cost per adult: $20.00 This includes the same lunch as students, but DOES NOT include the $10.00 background check. Due no later than Tuesday, October 28. After this date, numbers may not be adjusted.
Transportation (Parents must provide their own transportation to and from the trip.)
Chaperones must follow the rules/procedures given for the day by both PCA and the locations we are visiting.
Once the commitment is made and a receipt is issued, No Refunds will be given.
