Other Specified Times

This tab is for time specific administrations outside of the normal meals/bedtime administrations. 

*Medications will be available 30 min before and after specified time

Filtering

• • Gender

    • Male or Female

  • Cabin

    • Will show the cabins for the camp you are passing meds for

  • Status

    • All Statuses --> shows all campers that you have either seen or not seen

    • Incomplete --> you have not seen the camper

    • Complete --> you have seen the camper and have either documented that you either administered or did not administer medication 

  • Search (by Name)

Order of Medications ie "Next Dose"

• • The order of medications is done by "next dose" and has a different status flow

    • Gray

      • not available to be given yet

    • Orange

      • about to be within the window to administer

    • Green

      • in administration window

    • Red

      • missed administration 

Helpful Tips to Know

1. If a camper only has an as needed medication, they will not show up in the Health Inbox. They will only be in Search.

2. You must be in the breakfast tab to give breakfast meds, you can't give breakfast meds in the lunch tab (rule applies to all tabs)

3. An as needed medication can be given in any tab
