Scheduled Meds

Overview

Scheduled Meds is a central place to manage the medications you need to administer to campers while they are on camp property at meals or other specified times. Each camper who had medications put into their Health Forms will be sorted into the necessary tab for quick and easy administration of medications.

Below is a high level summary for each Inbox tab. Click the tab name or linked text for more details.

Inbox is located in the Navigation Bar on the left. For most users, the default when you open iCP will be to Inbox. 

Standard Administration Times

• This will include how to pass medications for the following:

  • Breakfast

  • Lunch

  • Dinner

  • Bedtime

Other Specified Administration Times

• This will include how to pass medications for the following:

  • Specified Times (by the parent) that need to happen outside of our Standard Administration Times

Layout / Actions in Scheduled Meds 

• This will walk you through the different things you can do from finding a camper or staffer in Search

Changing Location/Date

• If you need to look at a different camp

• If you need to look at a date in the past

• If you want to look at the upcoming days

How to Administer / Not Administer in Scheduled Meds 

• This page will walk you through how to "Complete" each camper in a Scheduled Meds Tab
