Incident/Illness Records

Click one of the below links to walk through how to record an illness or incident for a camper or summer staffer in iCP.

Overview

There are two ways to Create a Record/See Previous Records:

1. In the Scheduled Meds

2. In Search

Both are accessed the same way. There is an icon the says "Records" on right hand side of a Camper or Staffer card.

A modal will pop up with the camper or staffer that you clicked Records on:

1. If there are no existing Records, you can click New Record

2. If there is an existing Record, you can click New Record if it is a new complaint OR add to an existing Record 

Incident Record

• This will walk you through the necessary steps to report an Incident (injury)

Illness Record
