How to Administer / Not Administer Meds in Scheduled Meds

The overall goal of the Scheduled Meds section of Health is to make sure that for every Standard or Other administration time you will see each camper in that tab, therefore getting the number for that Administration time down to zero.

Incomplete vs Complete

Incomplete:

• Scheduled Meds will default to this

• It shows how many campers you have left to either give meds to or decide to not give meds to 

Complete:

• You can change the filter to show only campers who you have either given meds to or decided not to give meds to 

• If everyone for a tab is marked as this, then you have seen all the campers you need to for that administration time

Administer Medications

1. Click Administer

2. Select the Medications that are needed 

   • Note: Only medications that are needed within the given tab will be active, meds in other administration times will not be available at this time (As Needed medication is always available to give)

3. If you need to add a note to the Administration, you can do so

Do Not Administer Medications

1. Click Administer

2. Do Not Select the Medications that are shown for this Administration time

   • Note: Only medications that are needed within the given tab will be active, meds in other administration times will not be available at this time (As Needed medication is always available to give)

3. Choose a Non-Administration Reason

   • Different Time

   • Not Given

   • Other

   • Refused

   • Waste

4. Explain why the medicaiton was not given
