Overview
To Amend a Record, you will go to the camper or staffer "card" in Search or Scheduled Meds.

If you have the access to be able to Amend, there will be an "Amend Record" link in the bottom left corner of the modal.
**If you are a Weekly Nurse and do not have access to Amend, please contact your Regional Nurse Manager so that we can get you access.**
Clicking "Amend Record" will change you to Amend Mode where you can Amend any Admoinistered, Missed Administration, or Did Not Administer that has been performed for this camper or staffer.
Clicking Amend will pull up the modal below with the following information:
Current Record (in gray)
Date/Time
This is the Date/Time of the original entry being entered
Details
What was the medication and when is it supposed to be given
Action
What happened?
Administration Missed
Medication Administered
Medication Not Administered
Action By
Who did this action?
System - this is for a Missed Administration
Nurse Name is the other option
Note
If there was a not put in originally, it would show here
Amended Record
Date/Time
It will still default to the Date/Time that the original entry occurred
Action
Default will be whatever the Action originally was
In the image on the right, you can see that the Current Record says "Medication Not Administered", so on the Ameneded Record, I chose "Administer Medication"
Action By
Whoever is creating this amended record
Amend Reason
This is Required - please give any detail that is helpful and neccessary
Click Save
You can now see what the Original Record was crossed out and what the New Record is
Click Close
Amended Record will now show as below in the Log
