Dimensions for Axle
Length = 1in
Diameter = .2in
Dimensions for Wheel / Stopper
Outside Diameter = .4in
Dimensions for Hole
Inside Diameter = .2in
Instructions:
You will 3D print a single axle and 4 wheel stoppers with different INSIDE diameters. Keep the outside diameter the same.
You will then measure the actual dimensions of the objects with dial calipers, calculate the difference, and record your data.
The goal is to find a wheel that fits correctly on the axle.
