Monday, February 9, 2026 - Substitute: I will be at UAPB for a Mentoring Meeting with Ms. Lauren Rayford
Tuesday - Thursday, February 10-12, 2026: Beginning Feb. 9th, Coach Wilkes and I will be going to the classrooms for resource instead of students coming to us. While we are in their classrooms, teachers are responsible for leaving materials that they want the students to work on. The content should be something they have already taught the students. We are only there to support, not teach new information. This is being done to maximize the instructional time so students can do well on the ATLAS Summative tests. It is planned that we will continue to do this until ATLAS testing. Students will still be attending Art and Music as required by law, but Mr. Penister and Mrs. Goins will be adding ELA and Math content to their Art & Music lessons. Students will also continue going to the computer lab, but will be working on IReady Reading (& Math???) instead of Lexia Core.
