Agayla Young

Welcome to the new Fifth Grade Jasper Middle School!

My name is Agayla Young and I am about to begin year 25 as a teacher. I have experience in grades 2, 3, 4, and 5 with most of my teaching in third, fourth and fifth. I hold a Master's and Education Specialist degree from Piedmont College. I am married to Gerald Young and have two children Autumn and Reid. Autumn is starting her second year of college and Reid has started 8th grade this year.

This year I will be teaching 5th grade Science and Social Studies. If you ever have any questions about your child's progress, please do not hesitate to call or email. I use remind for a majority of my communication as far as: test & project dates, study guides, and communicating with you personally. This is more like texting; which makes things a little better.

I'm excited about the upcoming year in 5th grade Science and Social Studies.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Agayla Young
