Welcome to the Nurses' Office!
Students can now go to Temple University’s Children's Dental Clinic at W.D. Kelley School. All students and caregivers/parents of SDP students can receive dental screenings and examinations at the dental clinic. The clinic also offers fillings, crowns, extractions and emergency care. To make an appointment call 215-707-0231. The dental clinic is located inside the W.D. Kelley School at 1601 N. 28th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19121. See flyer attached.
The dental clinic is holding FREE dental screenings on the below dates. Families can sign up for the free dental screenings using the QR code or bitly located on the flyer. Walk-ins are also welcome. For other services, including dental check-ups and cleaning families should call the number on the flyer to make an appointment.

Please, do not send your student to school sick!
If your student is experiencing symptoms of illness, please keep them home.
Ill students are NOT permitted to leave school on their own.
Per school district policy, if your student needs to be dismissed due to illness or injury, they MUST be picked up by someone on their emergency contact list.
The 5 day COVID isolation period has been lifted!

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THE NURSES OFFICE TO BE TESTED FOR COVID-19 AS IN SCHOOL TESTING IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.
We can provide tests for students to take home if needed, but no student will be tested during the school day.
