12th Grade Students
Students entering 12th grade are required to provide proof of a meningococcal vaccine (MCV) that was received on or after their 16th birthday. This vaccine is also known as MenACWY, Menactra®, Menveo®, or MenQuadfi® -OR- MenABCWY aka Penbraya .
If you/your student received an email from the nurses office that proof of this vaccine is needed, please submit proof of vaccination or exemption to the nurses office at the start of 12th grade.
This vaccine is also required for college!
