Who is it for?
Training content is specific to the Team Lead/MIT/CM level in their first 90 days. Though the training is important to introductory leadership roles, it is important that time is allowed for the participant to settle into the role before attending this training.
When is it offered?
The 2nd Wednesday of every month at 1pm Central

BEST PRACTICES FOR PARTICIPANTS:
Pay attention to the potential difference in time zones
Attend from a quiet space with no member facing traffic
If Front Desk coverage is required, in-club operations will take precedence. You should not be at the front desk or in the lobby areas for this training.
Invites will be sent through Paycom, pay attention to the "system notification" emails in the days leading up to the training
Have cameras on (as able)
