Mock Trial
What is Mock Trial?
Students compete using a case written by the PA Bar Association. The competition includes timekeepers, researchers, 6 lawyers, and 6 witnesses who portray parts while acting out a full-blown trial with arguments developed during meetings. Competitions include Middle School Mock Trial. St Vincent Oral Argument Competition, University of Pittsburgh Cathedral Classic, B-Team Tournament and the PA Bar Association's Regional/State Competition.
Who Should/Can Join?
Students who are interested in pursuing public speaking, improv acting or a career in law would enjoy joining mock trial.
How to Join?
By signing up in the beginning of the year.
