Literary Club

What is literary Club?

The Penn-Trafford Literary club is a cozy group of readers who love to discuss reading in every form, whether it be books, short stories, graphic novels, comics, poems, or any other style imaginable. There is no required reading, instead, we have a monthly genre recommendation--think thrillers in October or sci-fi in March--which you can choose to follow or not. Beyond reading, we have also held numerous group events like movie nights, fundraisers supporting the Penn-Area Library and local early reading programs, and have created multiple floats for the Homecoming Parade. This is a no-expectation club and we welcome all members, no matter if you are dedicated to reading dozens of novels each year or simply enjoys the required readings in class, this is the club for you!

Who Should/Can Join?

Anyone who has a passion for reading in any form or is looking to rediscover their love for reading! Whether you've read 50 books this year or just 1 for a class, we accept anyone interested.
