Hello! Welcome to Middle School Family and Consumer Sciences. I have been teaching FCS at William Penn since 2018. It is a joy to teach FCS since it provides your child with important skills that they will use throughout their lives. Some of the topics that we will be exploring in middle school are: table manners, nutrition, hand sewing, threading a sewing machine, laundry and cooking. Please take some time to review my website to discover the topics that your child will be learning during the school year.  I have also included some recipes in case your child would like to make them at home. The last page on my website is a collection of Family Recipes from our own William Penn families. There are some great dishes that you can try at home!
